These General Conditions of Sale are applicable to all communications relating to the sale of products and all sales and delivery of products (“Products”) made by Global Solution Group Chemical Company, G.S.G. (“Seller”) to the buyer of such Products (“Buyer”). No other agreements or general conditions will be applicable or set aside these General Conditions of Sale unless expressly agreed to by the Seller in writing. References herein to “the Contract” relate to any sales contracts, purchase orders, and any other communication relating to the sale and delivery of the Products, which are all subject to these General Conditions of Sale..

Payments, Taxes, And Refund Policy

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Paint Supply Website (“Products”), and that Paint Supply may charge your payment method for any Products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and shipping, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL COSTS AND FEES AND FOR PROVIDING PAINT SUPPLY WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL COSTS AND FEES. When you make a purchase in the Paint Supply Website, your account is billed at the time of or shortly after your transaction. All charges are billed to the payment method that You designate during the registration process. If You want to designate a different payment method or if there is a change in your payment method account status, you must change your information online.

Warranty

Seller warrants that Seller branded Products conform to Seller’s published specifications at the time of delivery. Seller warrants that services provided by Seller will be consistent with Seller’s standard specifications or, if none, with Seller’s standard practices. Buyer acknowledges that Seller acts as a distributor for Products not branded by Seller (Resale Products) and that matters relating to the quality of the Products are not within Seller’s control. Accordingly, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER CONCERNING RESALE PRODUCTS. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SELLER EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY.

Returns, cancelations and modifications

Returns:

  • Return of goods will not be accepted unless you have our written consent. Returning goods is only possible in exceptional cases: the products must be in perfect condition, should not have been mishandled and must be in their original packaging so they can be resold.

    • Cancellations:

  • No cancellations of orders are accepted once the goods have been dispatched. If you want to cancel an order for products already ordered, we will charge a handling fee of 20% of the net value of the goods, minimum €60.

    • Modifications:

  • If you ask for modifications (which must be done in writing), such as a product in a certain type of packaging which you want to change to another type, we will charge you a handling fee of 10% of the net value of the goods modified, minimum €30.

    • Conclusion

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Paint Supply and governs your purchase of Products and your use of the Paint Supply Website, superseding any prior agreements between you and Paint Supply. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.Paint Supply may notify you with respect to the Paint Supply Website by sending an email message to your Account email address or a letter via postal mail to your Account mailing address. Notices shall become effective immediately.
